Continuing Education Course
We are currently in the approval process for our continuing education courses. Please visit our web-site regularly for up-dates.
Student Enrollment
The enrollment period for all courses is one year. Coursework and the final exam must be completed within one year from the date of enrollment. If the course is not completed in one year, students must re-enroll in the course.
Minimum Course Enrollment Periods
Each course has a minimum enrollment time that must be met before students can request the final exam. Following are the minimum time requirements for each course.
Pre-Licensing: Real Estate Principles
Course Hours: 45
Minimum Course Length: 18 Days
If a student becomes enrolled in multiple courses, the minimum enrollment period for each course will be listed. Final exams may be taken at the same time; however, if the student wishes to take all of the final exams together, the minimum course time for each course must be added together. For example, if a student takes one course with a minimum enrollment period of 18 days and another with a minimum enrollment of 3 days, the soonest both exams could be taken together is 21 days.
Final Examinations
To complete the courses, students must pass a final exam. All final exams are open book and consist of multiple choice and true/false answers questions. There are maximum time periods for each test as listed below:
Pre-Licensing: Real Estate Principles
Test Time: 3 Hours
