Real Estate Principals:
This portion of the course helps students learn the basics of real estate and prepare them for the State of California Real Estate Salespersons exam. The course is taught in live lecture format. Our instructor reviews each chapter of the textbook in detail and adds personal experience and information to the course. Students are helped with any questions they have. The course also includes a detailed review of 1000 questions similar to those on the real estate exam.

The California Real Estate Principles course covers all necessary education required for you to take the California Real Estate Salesperson Exam and more.
Through clear, precise, interactive classroom lectures, students learn everything necessary to pass the California Real Estate Sales Exam. Placement opportunities
Graduates of the real Estate Principals course are eligible to take the State real estate licensing test. Students that take the test and pass are eligible to work for a licensed real estate broker in the fields of real estate loan origination, property management. real estate sales assistant and real estate agent.
Special note: Required by Section § 94859 of The New Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education Reform Act: "This program is new. We are not able to tell you how many students graduate, how many students find jobs, or how much money you can earn after finishing this course." We also cannot tell you how many students will pass the State exam after taking the course.
