The Loan Origination and Loan Processing course is the cornerstone of our student’s success. begin with the basics of real estate financing. This includes comprehensive, practical use of the financial calculator. By introducing, explaining, and practicing ‘Borrower Pre-Qualification’ we establish a foundation for building an understanding of Loan Processing and Loan Origination.

Next, in a step by step format using real life examples, students learn the details of how loans work, taking applications, processing applications and submitting loans to wholesale lenders. Our course includes learning computer processing software and internet interfacing for state of the art processing.

Students learn, experience and practice on real loans that have been completed and funded. Our students complete every page, every procedure and understand the application, pricing, packaging and processing the most common real estate loans funding in today’s market.

Due to our easy to follow yet intricate format, previous real estate experience is not required.

Class sizes are limited to provide personal attention to our students. All classes are taught by experienced professionals who are committed to helping students achieve a high level of success in real estate.
