Real Estate Management:
The Real Estate Management Course includes real life, hands-on examples of how to advertise, take applications, run credit reports, coordinate rental property for viewing and occupancy, complete rental agreements, prepare rent rolls, and manage the day-to-day operations of rental property.

Successful students will be qualified as on-site and off-site property managers capable of managing apartments and commercial real estate.
