Lee Mench brings over 50 years of experience as a licensed California Real Estate Professional and Broker to The Learning Source. As the owner and operator of a 40-office commercial building in El Cajon, CA, for more than 40 years, Lee possesses a deep, first-hand mastery of the complexities of property management, tenant relations, and commercial asset operations. His instruction focuses on the practical application of property management principles and the operational standards required to manage commercial and residential assets in California.

Hillary Vela – Lead Instructor (Technology & Marketing)

Hillary Vela brings 6 years of dedicated teaching and training experience to The Learning Source. As the lead instructor for the 240-hour technical programs, she specializes in bridging the gap between foundational digital literacy and advanced business marketing strategies. Hillary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the Autonomous University of Durango and her technical expertise is backed by a Digital Marketing Certification from Google Digital Garage and a specialized Certification in Marketing Simulation for SMEs. Leveraging her deep proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps, she provides 100% live, instructor-led training for students entering the digital economy.
