Enrollment Agreement and Policies

At The Learning Source, we are committed to ensuring that our enrollment process is transparent, straightforward, and accessible to all prospective and current students. We understand the importance of providing clear and comprehensible information to support your educational journey with us.

In this section, you will find the Enrollment Agreement, which all new students are required to sign before commencing their studies. This agreement outlines the terms of enrollment, including our commitments to you and your responsibilities as a student at The Learning Source.
In compliance with California Education Code Section 94906, our enrollment agreements are written in clear, easily understood language. We believe in making education accessible, and that begins with ensuring you can fully comprehend the terms of your enrollment.

For students whose primary language is not English, we offer additional support. If you have difficulty understanding the enrollment agreement or any of our policies and procedures, we will provide you with a clear explanation of all terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies, in your primary language.
Furthermore, if the recruitment process leading to your enrollment was conducted in a language other than English, we will provide you with the enrollment agreement, disclosures, and any statements in the language used during your recruitment.
