Real Estate Management Course — Summary

This 192-hour online program provides a full introduction to real estate management concepts and responsibilities.                    Total Program: 192 Hours of 100% Live Online Instruction. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM for 22 Weeks.. Topics include property operations, rental applications, credit analysis, contract preparation, owner financial reports, and daily management practices.

This course is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), allowing students to use vocational vouchers. It is not approved by the California DRE for state licensing exams.
